The sandwich featured a generous slice of Cheddar and a sizable portion of pulled pork, with just a light smear of mayo on the bun. The sauce is self-serve, which I appreciated, as it allows you to use just the amount you prefer. The sauce had a pleasant heat to it—not too sharp but definitely spicy enough to be noticeable. The wooden decor adds a charming touch to the atmosphere. Plus, I enjoyed the free Wi-Fi. Overall, it’s not the most extravagant place, but it’s a lovely spot for lunch. I’ve heard some complaints about customer service, but my experience was positive; my server was friendly and very knowledgeable, helping me navigate the menu and place my order efficiently.

We visited on July 4th and were the only customers, which allowed us to ask questions and chat with the friendly staff. They were incredibly helpful and made our experience enjoyable. The food was fantastic! I ordered the chic park sandwich while my husband opted for the original chicken, and both dishes were excellent. The meat was juicy, the bun was fresh, and the sauce was delicious. We also tried the green beans, mac and cheese, creamed spinach, and potato casserole—everything was delicious! Plus, we even got free ice cream! We can't wait to return.
