Siebenkorn Vollkornbackerei - Gießen

My favorite bakery in Gießen! Between 25 different types of bread, some homemade pastries and tarted and amazingly tasty pizza slices and veggie burgers, even though hot and cold lunch menus. I love eating here for lunch when I'm in water. That the coffee is great and the service is good. Definitely worth a short stopover.

The food was absolutely beautiful, unfortunately the service was absolutely appalling; one of the employees gave us a lecture about why my German exhibited debit card would not be accepted in the store. He treated me as if I was a strange idiot to be treated with contempt. Otherwise the food was very nice, unfortunately the service is only scary.

Nice bakery café. The main problem is that they have no air conditioning, although, with 34 degrees Celsius outside it was unbearable to stay in, so I had to go.

Yummy German whole wheat rolls, bread, cakes and muffins (also vegan). They also offer hot soups and hot dishes. I like the fact that each product has a small card that has all the ingredients on it as well as additional small icons for gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan... Service is very friendly and the prices are reasonable.
