Irodion - Gießen

It's nice to have such a restaurant. Large outdoor area, perfect in summer. I've been going there for many years. The food is now unfortunately out of the bar. Much is prepared and made warm. Tastefully it is also quite flat. At the appetizer you need to know what it is, unfortunately you don't recognize it anymore. But the boss and the service are friendly and if you want Greek, then you are good at it.

Once again eaten Greek. For years consistent quality, very friendly staff, the dishes very tasty. In Irodion you feel very comfortable, from us there are 5 stars.

Invited by a friend to the birthday, I visited the Irodion again after a long time. The greeting was friendly. Outermost hadn't changed much since my last visit: a Greek ambience, the table beautifully covered. Drinks: My beer was well tapped and properly tempered. The dishes: the appetizer board that I shared with another birthday guest was tasteful and visually good and it was big, I will order them safely during a next visit. My grill was also well filled and he was good. However, the meat could have been a bit hotter, the supplements were hot enough. The red wine ordered to the grill plate was good. To praise also the service: Friendly, unobtrusive, but always there when something was needed. All in all a successful restaurant visit, which is certainly repeated.
