Very disappointed to find Richard gone and with him the wonderful menu. The menu is now mostly paninis with different fillings and wood-fired pizza. The space is now also home to generic looking gifts and inspirational messages. The worst thing about our visit was the absence of masks on the staff. They spent much of their time mask-less or with their masks pulled down under their chins, not just out the back but in the dinning area. Not good enough when there is a mask mandate and disrespectful to customers. The food was okay. But nothing special.
Fantastic food and service. We took a walk around the grounds as we were a little early, beautiful relaxing surrounds.
Special place in the Hills with a nice ambience. I got the pork medallions with cauliflower purée and was pleased as my partner was with her dish. For dessert we both liked what we had pana cotta and chocolate cake respectively. We made an afternoon of it enjoying a chat with the chef and going for a stroll on the property.
Stumbled on this little gem by chance. Food was delicious, great atmosphere friendly staff. Will be back to try other items on the menu. Had the calzone, wife had soup of the day which and we shared arancini balls. Will be back soon.
