All 4 women except Kaitlin were extremely rude rude not just not helpful but rude to all four of us as patrons adults. Heading to A&M on a happy trip for a game and what a downer that Starbucks . Waited 30 mins for my drink only for them not to be prepared correctly and the pastries still be frozen in the middle. Do better! Service: Take out Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
I visited this location yesterday and ordered three beverages and a selection of pastries. Upon arrival, a young lady questioned my disability and my use of handicap parking, despite my service-related disability (disability sticker is on my license plate). Unfortunately, my order took a considerable amount of time to be prepared, and my chai latte had an unusual taste while the pastries were served cold. It's disheartening that both the service time and order accuracy fell short. As I left, they dispatched a man to verify my disabled parking permit. I urge Starbucks to train its employees to recognize that disabilities may not always be visible, and I, as a proud veteran, am disappointed with how this situation was handled. Starbucks, please strive for improvement.
