Domino's Pizza - Giddings

The only thing consistent about this dominos is that they mess something up EVERY time. This time I ordered a pizza for delivery and only wanted cheese on HALF because my husband is lactose intolerant- they put cheese on the entire pizza. Took almost an hour for my order and I’m literally two minutes away from the store. They also didn’t put garlic butter on the crust like it’s supposed to have. The boneless wings were barely warm. It’s constantly a strike out with the Giddings dominos.

Ordered a pizza, sandwich, and cinnamon swirls at 1:45. Delivery said 12-25 mins. At 2:00 said it was being quality checked. I finally called at 2:35 and asked for update. Was told it would be delivered as soon as possible. I asked him for an update since it's been in quality check for 35 mins and he said it would be delivered in next 10 minutes. So it took over an hour and I had to call to actually get my food delivered. When food was delivered I was told by driver that my order was put into carry out so had I not called it wouldn't have been delivered. Thanks Aaron for being honest

I just ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich and this is the best sandwich ever Thankyou to who ever made itAlso when I came in I was greeted with two friendly faces

We have ordered so much from this dominoes since they opened, but the last few months either we get the thin crust which is like a cracker with hardly any sauce or the hand tossed is like eating bread with no sauce. We have given so many chances with also reaching out and that does nothing. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this dominoes any longer unfortunately..

My pizza is always made right and this location has great customer service
