Chelis, simply ”outstanding”. Dishes truly beyond expectations that deliver unique flavors not found in TexMex eateries. A creative chef who’s not afraid to challenge your palate and is driven by her passion to satisfy. Friends, guest and new comers are in tow at least 3 times a week. Can’t get enough of the unexpected daily specials, not to mention the variety of choices on each menu item. Just brilliant. If you’re lucky enough to be there on the day she makes pork ribs paired with her signature green salsa, don’t hesitate to add corn tortillas with that order. And, absolutely don’t forget to ask for her fresh made drinks. Those alone are excuse enough to dine in. This is quality cuisine not to be missed.
