This place is a real find and if you happen to be in this part of Sicily, it is worth a detour especially if you are fond of mushrooms.They specialise in them and serve mushrooms is several ways. They are all local mushrooms and the season runs from October to May. Superb! Was here on a Sunday and the place was packed out with locals. So if possible avoid the weekend (unless you book well ahead).
We was made to feel very welcome and the restaurant is nice and big and we had a 3 course meal. It was nice to see the open plan kitchen and see the chefs cooking. I will definitely be going back next time!
Whatever orders you don't let you down. I have found a pizza that shatters perfection. merit of fellow jonathan and daniele pizza makers. Congratulations guys
