La Pescheria - Giardini-naxos

Loved the food! The fish was fresh and delicious. We can not rave enough about Giorgio's hospitality. Totally away from the main strip but worth the visit

Pescheria adibita a ristorante sulla strada principale di Giardini Naxos. Locale verace con posti a sedere sia all 'interno che all 'esterno. Accolti con un antipasto di benvenuto molto apprezzato: Bruschette con burro salato e alici del Cantabrico. Ho ordinato una pasta al nero di seppia, una con cozze e asparagi di mare, e infine una frittura mista. Seguiti da un amaro gentilmente offerto Cucina deliziosa e saporita. Ingredienti freschi e di qualità. Arricchisce l 'esperienza la simpatia del proprietario che intrattiene i suoi ospiti nei modi più disparati possibili. Inoltre era presente un DJ set. Unica nota dolente il servizio un pò lento e qualche distrazione sicuramente perdonabile. Personalmente da non amante di musica ad alto volume e della caciara in generale. Invito comunque a fare l 'esperienza. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

You have the possibilty to chose your fish, and they can cook it for you , they have also delivery . I went there every day before luch to order . Amazing !

Came here after looking at the reviews online and expected some very good food at reasonable price. Restaurant is located at the back of the fishmonger which is ok, however considering the fish is cheap in the shop, it is not cheap to eat. We ordered a fish platter and received 6 tiny balls of fish for around 13 euros! This was followed up by pasta, again 13 euros for a small bowl. Over priced for the portion sizes and personally I disagree with some of the reviews that class it as amazing food....maybe we just went on an off day.

I cannot describe how wonderful this place is. The food is fantastic and the owner is magnificent. They greeted us the Sicilian style, and since that moment food, laughs and more food followed. Let yourself be recommended by the owner and his family, you cannot go wrong with their tips.
