South City Publick House - ghamton

A buddy and I occasionally have a drink here after work and have found the service to be top notch and very friendly. Additionally, the food is good and reasonably priced.

Good atmosphere to grab a beer and hang with friends. Place is clean welcoming.

We came in tonight, Friday. it was very busy. There were only a couple of open tables! Melissa was our waitress and she made us feel as if we were the only table in the restaurant! She made several on point food and drink recommendations. The food was amazing, the drinks were never empty. We had a great time! We will definitely be back! 5 stars to the food. 5 stars to the drinks. And 5 stars to Melissa!

My steak had zero crust, it looked boiled. The fat did not get properly rendered. Mash potatoes were pretty good tho.

Waitstaff were polite and courteous. Food was quick. The food is awesome!
