Panera Bread In W - ghamton

I had half an Italiano and a cup of broccoli cheddar soup after a hard day at work, it was savory and delicious, but my sever Keira, really turned my day upside down. Even tho she was clearly very busy, running around doing multiple jobs, she took the time to say hi and ask how my day was and make sure everything was made perfect.

Bad customer services, I was waiting at the register no one was there. I order a meals I didn’t want a side , I was told my choice is not taking the side and still pay the same price , call manager Spanish lady, she didn’t even listen to me her answer was no . Poor customer service I highly don’t recommend this place. At Panera bread people expect to get good customer and experience management

Katherine from the Park location was so wonderful. She assisted me in placing an order for 11 people. I actually had to call back 3 times because their systems are down, delivery was already book for the next day at time we needed and I did the order and another person pays for it. We work for the University of Arizona. Very friendly, warm and welcoming tone. I know the day couldn't been easy with systems down. You could just vision the smile she kept as she took out order. Thank you again Katherine.

Came in for my unlimited sip. No parking. I looped the block three times while my boy ran inside. They were out of Dr. Pepper, so he got Pepsi, which he doesn't like and didn't finish, and replaced with a $3 Coke at McDonald's later

Nice chicken and pepperoni sandwich. No cheap, but pretty tasty
