Przekaż informację zwrotnąI come in here almost every night. I will lead with a compliment, I came in on Thursday and there 's always a sweet cashier at the counter. He pushes rewards so hard to me but I never wanna sign up because I 'm lazy. I appreciate every time I see him! On the not so great side, why I really am commenting which I usually never do. Came in tonight, Saturday night and there 's a cashier I see occasionally, not the same guy. He was making inappropriate comments when I bought a Kinky shot, Feeling kinky tonight? I tried to laugh it off and break eye contact but he wasnt getting it. Turning around next time I see him at the podium, big yikes.
Came in around 3AM yesterday, got two muffins... they had gone bad on 8/21/22 and it was 8/22/22.... so it was very expired as it had been made on 8/19/22 They were horribly stale... I work at a gas station and even we know to check our products once every few days to keep things fresh on the shelves. This was disgusting and there is no telling what else may be expired. CHECK THE FOOD EXPIRATION DATES BEFORE BUYING THEM. I don't want anyone else getting sick.
I have been to this location numerous times and the store is always clean and nicely organized. The reason for this review today is to mention Anthony. I believe he works overnights on the weekends. I really just wanted to emphasize how much he goes above and beyond for every single customer that walks through the doors. I have observed him being kind, patient and efficient. Even when he is the only employee working he is able to be multitask and ensure every customer gets what they need and is taken care of. Tonight there were multiple customers in the store and he patiently answered every persons questions and served us all without making us feel rushed or like an inconvenience. Every time I am in there I appreciate his level of customer service. I feel that customer service is often not what it used to be so it is very refreshing to know that every time I enter that store I will be met with service that goes above and beyond what is expected. So, thank you Anthony and the entire team at store #0480 for bringing excellent customer service and allowing me to leave with a smile and a great cup of coffee!
If you're there looking for breakfast, forget it. All the food is made before 6am. I usually arrive around 8am and theres hardly anything there. If you're lucky there will be one or two soggy sandwiches waiting for you. If you ask for a specific breakfast item they say they're out. Didnt realize breakfast was over at 8am.
I use the mobile fuel app almost daily and today I was pulling into kum n go to get the free coffee and I get a notification saying a $92.91 transaction happened. The app glitched when I opened the app, it reactivated the gas pump I was using earlier that day and someone filled their car/truck up on my dime. It put my account negative and I'm not sure what to do. As a big corporation this shouldnt happen and if it happens to me this must happen to a lot. I shouldn't pay for someone's gas I drive my personal car for a living and I pay for my own gas with my job. This is hurting me a lot. Edit: Got ahold of corporate and they refunded my money back the same day.
