John's Pizza Subs - Getzville

FAST, FRIENDLY DELICIOUS!?? Picked up my Grandma from Chemo and we celebrated the completion by swinging by for a medium half cheese half pepperoni (MUST get charred cups??? ! Service was so fast, staff was so kind and cool, and the pizza was TOP NOTCH! Whole experience was a little bittersweet (Adele will explain , because then I had to drive home to my hometown pizza desert of Rochester... ?️?? (Jk we got some gold??? Love you guys and God bless, amazing job!!! ??

Pizza sub lacked pepperoni and was mushy. Disappointed. And it was pricey for half a sub-$8.50. Shameful that a restaurant would think it was acceptable. Won't be back.

Always says between 20-25 minutes and it's always ready! Love this joint!

Sometimes the staff is abrupt and a bit rude. We go every week, and like the pizza, but they could use some consistency with training staff to be pleasant.

Been a customer here for over 16 years. Seen many different people working there and going thru different eras of customer service and as of this review's date they are in a good spot! Get a steak sub here usually at least once per week. I Loove steak subs from here. Had pizza many times and it's always good. Not my favorite but never dissatisfied. Definitely recommend to anyone to try! ???
