Guy on the counter was really nice and gave me and my 3 other friends free breads. The pulpits also tasted amazing. Although what he didn't know was that we had a group of 44. I remember the horde of the children who flow through the doors, like sardines to the Brezelsplatz. It was a memory I can never forget. Thank you for the free pulpits and good experience, man at the counter.

Order from here last week for a company Oktoberfest event. I can't say enough wonderful things about managers and owners. They went out their way to help with the order placement via the phone (like I had problems ordering online) and make sure our Bretzel were ready in time. We needed 200 pretzels for a 9:30 pickup and they arranged to open the store early on Saturday to pick up our order. The owner came before dawn to make the pulpits and was so patient when our staff arrived late to pick them up. We will certainly order from them again when the need arises and I definitely recommend them... they were great to work with.
