Zane Japanese Eatery - Germantown

I hunted a spicy food, and this place was perfect. The food also tastes very good.

I'll write this out of the restaurant. The vegetable fried rice, was lukewarm and has 0 tastes. I asked spicy vegetarian fried rice. I have some leftover rice with gumy tofu, with NO FLAVOR. I had to get Siracha and salt to make it enjoyable. My son ordered the ram that was hardly warm. Try decent. Two children are waiting for tables, screaming around the restaurant. No service. I don't care. Can't blame her. Will not come back

From a late working day to come home and I wanted a little hot in my stomach! I was looking for a Ramenplatz and that was on my way home! So glad it was recommended! The food is great and the staff is friendly and attentive. The Ramen IS is really sharp when you order it. This is my favorite Ramen place now!!

Sushi is good. Unfortunately, her rams were very salty... not only the broth, but the noodles themselves
