I paid extra to add shrimp, but only received four shrimp for $4, which came out to $1 per shrimp. The portion of shrimp was disappointing compared to the amount of rice. However, the other dishes were delicious. The mango in the mango sticky rice was incredibly fresh and ripe, making it the perfect finale to the meal.
I ordered the Kua Kling with chicken and a Tom Yum Soup. The Kua Kling chicken was too salty and lacked flavor, the chicken seemed boiled and then simply added to the sauce, resulting in an overcooked taste. It was served with a side of boiled broccoli and rice. The Tom Yum Soup tasted like a bowl of fish sauce, lacking any tanginess or sourness. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant.
We were not impressed with the food at this restaurant, even though we ordered from their signature dish list. Additionally, be sure to pay attention to your bill as they charge a service charge on the tax amount. I asked the server why we had to pay a service charge on tax and she explained that it was how their system was set up. After pointing out the error, she corrected our bill. Be sure to double check your bill!
Excellent food and great customer service. Highly recommend. Atmosphere is decent. We go to one in Germantown.
Crispy basil pork all fat, barely any meat for 20$. Pad Thai your just paying for noodles
