Rainbow Sushi - Germantown

I really enjoyed the food and the excellent service, so I would rate this place 4 stars. However, I was surprised when I tried to order more sushi and was told I would need to wait 20 to 30 minutes due to their allocation for online orders. I ended up waiting 30 minutes for just three rolls, as this was my second round of orders. What stood out to me was that all the new diners were attended to immediately, and their food was served without the 30-minute wait.

I also ordered the Salmon Lover Roll because I'm a big fan of salmon. It was absolutely delicious! While I would have preferred it to be a bit spicier, the fish was fresh, and the roll was well-balanced. We also tried the Alaska Rolls, to which we added cucumber, and that was fine. We also sampled the fried pineapple, but I wasn't particularly impressed. It was good, just different from what I'm used to, as it had a bit of curry flavor in it. Finally, we tried the Thai Dragon Roll, which was unique compared to rolls we’ve had before. The only unusual aspect was the number of avocado slices in the rolls. I loved it, being an avocado enthusiast, but my partner, who isn't a fan, found it a bit overwhelming. All in all, the fish and everything else tasted fresh, the prices were quite reasonable, and we enjoyed our meal. I found the online ordering app on their website a bit difficult to navigate, but they handled our order efficiently and it was ready quickly. I can't wait to return and try more rolls!

We really enjoy Rainbow Sushi! To be honest, my family and I have never ordered anything we didn't like. The sushi is consistently fresh, and the service is quick. We usually get delivery, and the staff is always nice and friendly. We order from there once a week!

Always friendly people and the sushi is delicious, but the crispy tofu is the best. You can't find it anywhere else! Love this place!

This was my first time eating here. Everyone was very friendly and the food was excellent. We had the Thai dragon roll, sashimi, hot pot noodle soup, yellow tail with jalapeños, miso soup, and hot sour soup. All of it was super delicious and the hot pot noodle soup had lots of noodles.
