Potbelly Sandwich Shop - Germantown

The food was pretty good. The workers were nice except the cashier who informed us that we would not get a water cup. The interaction was quite unpleasant, but the brownie cookie was so good that I forgot.

One of my favorite sandwich shops. There is nothing like a warm and tasty sandwich on fresh roasted bread.

I really try to understand my best who works in the food industry. I gave the place some chances, but the service just got worse and worse. The last time I was with my daughter, and that was probably the worst experience so far. The guy who made our sandwiches had the worst attitude as if we were inconvenient to him. I can't pack my head in, why he was angry with me before my child. If you read this, if you don't want to be there, please. Go somewhere else! Why should you work somewhere and be so annoying and there are people trying to give you their business? I was polite and respectful to the end, even left a very generous tip last time just bc I work in the same industry and I always try to understand.

Whoever helped me today was very rude. He seemed like he didn't want my business. This isn't the first time it happens to me or my family. Don't lie, the guy comes from the racist. Your food preparation could also be much better. I do not recommend this potter at all, but if I had a fan of Potbelly I would recommend the one in Gaithersburg, MD from the Ross. They are very polite and food is always on the point.

Potbelly sandwiches are so far the best among the sandwich sites round. We have the steakhouse beef (regular size), and I tell you I like how the bread is roasted right now!
