Staff are really nice, that's where the good ends in this place. You don't have the butter out, you have to ask for her and they swollen it. We had 5 people with bread and they gave us 2 butter. They had no proper bread for the sandwiches. The bathroom has a blocking code to use it. Had to ask for utensils. It won't be back.
I really love my wife all about Panera. This review is to protect the business from toxic employees that my wife treats in an rude way. 15 September, she ordered latte with 2% milk and no foam she always ordered. He (Shawn) gave her cold latte when she asked him that her order is hot latte, he cried on her, cast aggressively the cold latte in the garbage and barked say that he cannot do sharp latte. After all, he gave her hot latte with full foam. He could have bad day, but showing the attitude towards loyal customers is unacceptable. We called, but we don't get the manager, so this rating is 1 out of 5.
Stay away from this place. I made the mistake of coming without checking the reviews. Poor customer service, food is mass produce, soup is not made on-site. It?s actually dumped from a can. My chicken burger came cold. Every employee is zero help, and seems that they are hiring who ever comes first. never coming back. Not giving them my money. Worst $42.34 spent in fast food.
