This is the first place where we went here in the USA at my first meal. The portion is huge when I came and the people are also very welcoming. Good place, good Mexican food!

I must admit; it was nice, the place was clean including the bathroom, and the food was fresh. The staff was also helpful and friendly both to my beautiful wife and me. We went to Cafe Rio right after a doctor's visit with our phenomenal acupuncturer Dr. Li. It made for a perfect couple evening of acupuncture and massage and then dinner on a more than average warm January night. My nice woman loves the Cafe Rio to think that she can go to the restaurant at least once every few months because she says how much she loves the bread used in the dishes at the Cafe Rio. I had the chili beef tacos and they enjoyed the steak salad. My wonderful woman also enjoyed a cinnamon flavored drink at Cafe Rio and I must admit; the cinnamon flavored drink was beautiful. Finally, yes, we will definitely be back.

My favorite fast-casual Mexican restaurant franchise is probably that one, and the Germantown branch is notably quick, tidy, and welcoming.
