Pizza Hut - Germantown Hills

Fantastic restaurant! The food is amazing, and they have a terrific variety of products.

No delivery drivers on one of the busiest nights of the week? That's unacceptable.

The service was incredibly efficient, and the food arrived quickly! It took just 30 minutes from order to delivery, and I have three very satisfied teenagers on my hands.

Not only was our food delivered 50 mins after they texted and said it was on the way. Then the kid gets here drops the breadsticks on the ground then proceeds to say well at least it wasn’t the pasta. Then turns around and says “oh well” if you want more delivered call the store are you kidding me. Hands down the worst service I’ve ever had!!!

Ordered dipping sauces that weren't included when the food was delivered. Ordered garlic parmesan wings, but actually got plain wings with just a bit of sauce in the bottom of the container. Ordered online and was given an estimated delivery time of 25-35 minutes. The order took over an hour to arrive. And the pizza wasn't thoroughly cut. We had to cut it ourselves to separate the slices. This is not the first time any of these things has happened, but I think it will be the last.
