Jagerhof - Gerlos

We spent our last New Year's Eve there. Meals were really good, service perfect. Proven personnel. Recommended!

We ate here twice on a recent stay in Gerlos. Food was tasty, large portions which will replenish the cells after a day on the snow and good service. Book in advance in winter because it fills up quickly. Try the garlic soup, so yummy and warm after a day in the cold.

The food consists of four dishes prepared by a very good chef. There are days when you have to choose from the menu and days when you have a fixed one, but both of these possibilities mean a delicious meal. Also, you have to try the maraschino dessert!

There is not much to say about the restaurant of Hotel Jagerhof. It's an OK quality at the level of a highway restaurant. Staff seemed to be rather reluctant to have other guests than the ones of the hotel.
