Sweetie's Homemade Ice Cream Sweets

We have visited this place multiple times in the past and have always had a wonderful experience. First off, Georgetown is a fantastic area, and Front Street is an enjoyable spot to stroll around, grab a bite to eat, and maybe pick up a few items while enjoying a drink. Sweeties is the perfect way to cap off a day at the beach or an evening on Front Street. The ice cream is consistently fresh, and the treats are among the best in town. So, grab a drink, enjoy a taco down the street, and treat yourself to a scoop of ice cream—I guarantee you’ll have a great time!

I just visited this charming homemade candy and ice cream shop! The quality of the products was exceptional, and the owner is environmentally conscious, using only biodegradable and recycled materials for packaging. We bought warm pralines and several chocolates as gifts, and we couldn't be happier with the quality and flavor! It's definitely worth a visit, especially since the owners are former heads of an animal sanctuary, which makes supporting their business even more rewarding.

I was visiting from New Jersey and convinced my husband to take a 30-minute drive to Sweeties because I had to check it out. I'm typically not a fan of white chocolate, but I decided to give it a try, and it was absolutely delicious! I also selected a few dark and milk chocolates, and they were all fantastic. The quality of the chocolate is outstanding! I should mention that I work at a chocolate shop in New Jersey, but there's really no comparison—Sweeties is far better. I loved my experience there and have already recommended Sweeties to my friends here in South Carolina.

Everything about Sweeties (a family owned business) is a WONDERFUL experience! If you've never been, you NEED to! Just walking into their store is nostalgic!
