On warm days, they offer a good-sized patio, and inside, you'll find both table and bar seating. The moment you walk in, you're greeted by the enticing aromas of herbs and spices. The combination pho was delightful, with a clear and flavorful broth. I just wish there had been more meat and an option for tendon. Other menu items also sounded appetizing and smelled wonderful as they were served to nearby tables. I'm definitely planning to return. It's great to have an alternative to the original location in Silverthorne.
This is a fantastic spot for authentic Vietnamese cuisine in Colorado, located west of Denver on the way to Vail. It's a perfect reason to make a stop in Georgetown. The food is absolutely delicious—my pho really hit the spot and left me feeling completely full. The beef was not only tasty but also tender and juicy. My only disappointment is that they no longer offer tendon as an option with the pho. They also have a great selection of beers and alcoholic beverages to enjoy with your meal. If you're in the area, it’s an easy place to walk to. Plus, it's situated by the river, allowing for a lovely outdoor dining experience in the summer next to the flowing water. The fried egg rolls are wonderfully crispy as well!
This is the must-visit dining spot in Georgetown! It’s cozy, quick, and serves up delicious food. It’s also perfect for anyone who is gluten-free, as the pho and other dishes use rice noodles. I would make the trip just to eat here. Plus, they have affordable drinks! The portion sizes are generous, and there are plenty of options for add-ins. I'm not quite sure how such a hidden gem ended up in a small town like Georgetown, but it's definitely worth a visit!
This place is AMAZING! Stopped here on my way back to Denver. The noodle soup fixings, pad Thai, and boba tea were some of the best I?ve ever had. The establishment itself is clean, spacious, and right along a cute little creek. The staff are SO sweettoo.
It's easy to say this was the best vegan/vegetarian Pho I've had in recent years. The veggie broth and flavors were delicious. They were limited on a few food and drink items but what they did have available was delicious. The boba tea was also delicious.
