Jd Shuckers Georgetown

So my friend and I often try to find new places to eat, we like to be a little adventurous. We had an older couple telling us about this place, so we decided to give him a shot. We were definitely not disappointed that the service is amazing that they are very attentive that we are sitting right away when we go through the door. I started with the Calamari, which is phenomenal and then for our meals we both enjoyed Prime Rib with scallops green beans and macaroni and cheese every bit of that was so delectable we couldn't even finish it all definitely had to him a doggie bag! The only criticism I can honestly give was the Margarita, which I had not impressed at all that it seems to be watered down Margaritas are usually a green color and that was more of an off-white color, that is my first telltale of a not so good margarita. I didn't order anything else from the drinks menu. I just got one more shot. I know how every bartender does things differently, so maybe the person just didn't know how to make a good margarita. But all-in-all will definitely come back and definitely would like to try some more of their food!

Just about the best fried Flounder sandwich I've ever eaten. I rarely eat fried foods. It was slightly baked with just enough spices added. Very crispy with fluffy white flounder. The temperature was perfect. It made 2 meals for me. The hand-cut frits were delicious. Seasoned with exactly the right amount of salt. They were even cold. This is never the case with Fritten. My first time at JD Shuckers, but certainly not my last

We came to a late dinner tonight, the staff was great, the food was brilliant with tons of taste. I'll be back.

Fish tacos and notes, burgers with frits, 2 beers and a coke all for $33.00. We were there after 9:00. Saturday night service was perfectly attentive, food was delicious. The reviews I read are above the place, but our visit was great, we will definitely be back!

Just had lunch. Special ordered a turkey burger without an issue. Service was amazing. Alton was an awesome server!
