Domino's Pizza - Georgetown Twp

The pizza was just as good as I remember. Ordered pepperoni and a meatzza pizza. My only issue, which I wish I had said something. Was that the little lady putting orders together, was not wearing gloves. I told my sister, that I hope the lady's hands were clean.

Driver delivered wrong order to my kids, returned 40 minutes later with the right order cold. Called for replacement was told they would remake order Never received new reorder called them was told there was nothing wrong with original order. Wrong again. Refunded. Poor quality and customer service.

75% of the employees. , or more are antisocial and incredibly rude. (not expecting to be worshipped..., but I expect decent human knowledgement/basic human respect that every person gives/gets)The one good employee who offers good service is the ginger kid with a beard. (I think) he knows how to socialize and do his job normal.The weird kid that 's always extremely rude asked me what do you want once when coming in for a pick up, and he always acts like he 's being inconvenienced to do his job, I think he needs to find another job to buy his stupid hair dye.There 's also a antisocial and nearly as rude girl(maybe a shift manager/leader?, late teens early 20 's) who provides nearly as poor service and doesn 't even socialize properly, and pretty much hands you food and immediately turns around to continue to act like you aren 't there.These are probably normal young kids, but it 's the managers job to fire the bad ones so they can learn to do better.They also constantly somehow manage to mess

I normally don’t rate local businesses even when the service is bad. Today I’ll make an exception the staff here in particular the “ manager “ on staff is extremely rude!!!!I ordered a pizza on Monday that was horrible no cheese no sauce it was a waist of 20 bucks for it was a slab of dough with a few pepperonis on it. Upon calling the store the girl working who I believe to be the same “manager” today told me the GM would call me to discuss a refund because they were to busy on a Monday night to handle it! Being that I hadn’t received any follow up and my kids love pizza I called to follow up and place another order. I began to explain the situation and was immediately cut off and told that’s not how it works we don’t call and follow up I need to check with my bank. I couldn’t even complete my sentence without this person telling how I was wrong and that she didn’t have time to deal with this. If she would have taken the time to listen or look up my last order she would’ve seen I paid cash! I asked to speak to someone above her she said there is no one above her. I asked for her name she stated she wasn’t comfortable sharing that info because of my aggressiveness…. Wow.I just wanted to order a pizza and receive some follow up as promised.That said I would never spend a dime at this location or with Dominos for that matter. This all took place today 7/24 so if you’re looking for pizza don’t waste your time or money.

Pizza was terrible. Knots and cinnamon twists were ok. This was the 19.99 special. Had to talk to 3 different people before they figured out they still had the special.
