Fireside Grill - Georgetown

I was excited about this spot. Had family from all over (Canada and the States) visiting and heard good things. Sadly expectations were not met. Many menu items were not available so ordering any boils would have been lacking essentials. We assumed they were short staffed and the young staff that was there had buried heads in screens. Must have been catching up on news and correspondence. Finally our food started to arrive ....one ...plate ...at ...a...time. We had a table full. We might as well been dining solo since we basically all ate alone. Food is always better enjoyed with others It was actually good just wish we could have provided a better experience for our family. I will probably give them another chance as the cocktails looked inviting but I would not recommend to others again.

Horrible. They have kids working the grill that are not professional. The delivery drivers are hanging out by the grill and handling food on occasion. One driver brought my fries uncovered from grill to the packaging area. The oil they used to cook the fries was old and made the fries taste Horrible. I ordered a salmon burger, it looked delicious but taste was OK. The food packaging area needs tobe where the public can't stand over the food and uncover them.

Eating was exceptionally well done, fresh and filled. I and my family enjoyed it and had a great time. the people there were very sweet and friendly. in any case, u would try to recommend

Eating is amazing, workers are fantastic customer service on point. would you like to have a great lunch or dinner? I would definitely recommend grill and chill family friendly and the open environment dine is exceptionally definitiw a star

Awesome food, always fresh and very delicious! Fireside has consistently provided a wide variety of well-prepared seafood and sides. The service is excellent every time, never a rude or unhelpful employee. If possible, my family would order food every day from Fireside! Keep up thé great job and we can’t wait to see what exciting new scrumptious dishes you’ll have next
