Mary Brown's Chicken - Georgetown

Love Mary Brown's Chicken compared to some of the competitors. The quality of food, taste, and freshness beats all the perfect meal I'd recommend is the 2 pc. meal w/ coleslaw, gravy on the side and potato wedges. And if you have the opportunity to try the Honey BBQ seasoning it's like eating BBQ chips via chicken skin. We are a regular, and strongly recommend this location to anyone as they are very quick.

I ordered a 13 piece all white meat meal and was told the wait would be 14 minutes which was quite acceptable. As I sat down to wait the nice girl behind the counter came over and asked if I wanted some tatters and gravy while I waited. This surprised me since I have never been offered free food at a fast food establishment before . She quickly brought them over for me to enjoy. This restaurant really does go above and beyond for their customers. I felt so good about this experience that I felt it should be shared. I will definitely be back and will tell all my friends to do the same.

The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. Millie, who took our order, exhibited outstanding customer service skills—she was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable about the menu. Overall, it was impressive service for a fast food restaurant. The place was also very clean!

I stopped by to pick up some fried chicken for dinner, and I was very impressed with the excellent customer service provided by Caleb at the front. The food was served quickly and tasted great. I will definitely be returning!

I went back today, but the manager, Jashen, seemed indifferent. All he said was "sorry" and insisted that there was nothing they could do for me, even adding that I was blocking their line by standing there. I was very disappointed by his attitude, as I believed customer service should prioritize respect and satisfaction. This experience felt extremely unprofessional. I think Jashen could benefit from additional coaching and training in customer service. Given this experience, I don’t feel that they deserve my business any longer, even though I used to frequent their restaurant almost every day.
