Probably the best pizza in the city with a discount of up to 15% discount. Don't worry about pizza. Last time they messed up our order, but they did it right and gave us the pizza we had brought home for free last time. Customer service is top notch.
I ordered online on Wednesday night for pickup at 5:15. The restaurant website clearly explains that times are not guaranteed and that the restaurant calls when the order is finished. At 6:00, when I called the restaurant, I received a cryptic answer that I didn't know how to interpret, so I asked, can I pick up the order?. Literally 90 seconds later (that I live near the restaurant) I'm in the restaurant and I'm passing my order of pizza Calamari through the handles of a shopping bag. Who has a pizza box in the end? It was a Margherita pizza with little topping, so the topping did not slip off. In any other kind of pizza, the topping would have been finished in a puddle. Kalamari wasn't that good. The tomato-based diving sauce within the aluminium container was not covered and a large part of the Calamari covered in it. Needless to say, the food was also cold (I mention that I live 90 seconds away, so no travel time for the food to cool down). I called the restaurant after we reheated the food in the oven and talked to Lana who told me there was no manager on site. She also told me that they don't call customers anymore when a pickup is ready. I have been waiting for a call in the past and if no more calls are to be expected, why is this direction still on the website? Lana also advised me that Sonny, the manager, would call me back. It is > 48 hours and no call therefore this review. The fixes seem simple enough: 1. Update your website to reflect current practices. 2. Place the lid in the diving sauce. 3. Do not take an order through the shopping bag handles. 4. If you are really interested in improving customer service, call back an unsatisfied customer. 5. Some repairs for a very badly done job.
