Boston Pizza - Georgetown

Our first experience dining on a patio after a meal in a restaurant was highly anticipated, so we decided to visit Boston Pizza in Georgetown, Ontario. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a huge mistake. This was the worst restaurant meal we have had in years. We started with an onion soup and Caesar salad, followed by a shared order of wings cooked well-done with mild sauce. Our main dishes were individual pizzas, one of which was requested to be cooked well-done. We also ordered a beer and an iced tea. However, all our food arrived at once, with the onion soup being cold and lacking cheese, the Caesar salad dry and without dressing, the wings undercooked and flavorless, and the pizzas undercooked as well. The server never checked on us throughout the meal and did not offer refills, despite us sitting outside in the sun. When we finally flagged her down to address the issues with the food, she brought back the pizza and sauce after the wings had gone cold. The server did not show any interest or concern for our dissatisfaction. This experience was a terrible representation of the Boston Pizza brand. While I am a fan of their food when ordering from the Financial Drive location in Mississauga, the Georgetown store should be ashamed of their service. We left half of our soup, salad, and pizza uneaten, and the server showed no awareness of the issues. It was an overall terrible dining experience. The final insult was the cost of the meal, as shown on the attached receipt.

After evacuating square one do to a weapon threat, we wanted to have a nice meal to celebrate being alive. And oh boy, did Boston Pizza DELIVER!!!! To start, we had Iced Tea, with a gorgeous, small vegetarian pizza and honey garlic wings. It filled...our stomachs with delight. For our grand finale we ordered a brownie and cheesecake for dessert, served warm with DEEP SPOONS. The entertainment was a pure delight as we watched the Kentucky Derby on television and listened to only the best pop. Overall the best experience of my life . . . EAT HERE

We were there today for our granddaughter birthday, we sat immediately and the server was very friendly. when we order our drinks, the girls have a few drinks that were on the children's menu, but the restaurant was made of milk, that was on the afternoon. the girls were only allowed to send it back for the limonade our drunken son, because it was tasteless. the server said they had a problem with the gas lines for the pop machine. our meals came and the eating was great, but when we tried to order gloomy, the girls had to settle for eissonnenten, as they had not had the deeds for their special gloomy. I understand that covid has played on operated hard, but when they open up and put out a menu that is at least what they could do is that humans there are limited options. when my wife spoke to manager, he offered only an apology that it was a supplier error and then he did not leave the dining room to show his face again. I'm sorry for the server because it doesn't have their jobs that share for the day ready. when I worked in the food and beverage industry, we would go to the local shop to make sure that our moats enjoy the entire spectrum of our menus. we will not return to this restaurant soon.

All right. an article was ordered the spinach dip, which was so excrementally salty, including the brotes. it was almost unpalatable. I have to say, not almost as good as other restaurants. the service was decent, although I felt that they had a few...more wait employees. about the years we have come back some paintings, but each time we let ourselves feel underwhelmed. no matter where they choose to eat, it is always mixed with great reviews with less than stellars. they decide themselves. a positive note, the atmosphere in the bar area is great and there are many choices on the menu.

The food was excellent and the service pleasant but we waited at least three quarters of an hour for our meal after placing the order. Then, there was a problem. The kitchen forgot to put cheese on a pizza. (at a pizza restaurant! The corrected...pizza was delicious. The restaurant was not busy so I am assuming that they have a kitchen staffing or organization problem.
