White Whale Pub Ale - George Town

During our cruise in Grand Cayman, we finished our excursion and were absolutely starving! We headed to a restaurant that I believe is called the Boathouse Grill. The food was delicious, and we had a wonderful experience there.

The restaurant is called The White Whale. The service is excellent, and the sunset views are stunning. The food is fantastic as well. However, the music could be a little louder to drown out other conversations and create a more vibrant atmosphere. I found the chairs uncomfortable for my back, but it sounds like they have made improvements since then—thankfully, the chairs are much better now! Just a heads up, prices have gone up a bit. Overall, a great experience!

We decided to take a break and enjoy our time on the balcony, which offered lovely views of the water. It was a wonderfully relaxing experience. Just a heads up, the conversion rate might catch you off guard—dishes priced at $4 on the menu will actually cost you $5 in U.S. dollars.

When they come for the day with cruise ship, bar crudo is the best stop in the city before, during and after a fabulous day of shopping in grand cayman. free wifi, delicious appetizers and small teller, wonderful martinis, great local beer and maria the barkeeper is incredibly fabulous. very good!

This place has amazing food and great service. You have to try the blackened lion fish or go for the tofu Thai salad! The mango beer was delicious as well.
