Eating House 1503 - George Town

The food was mostly outstanding, particularly the baby back ribs and steamed dumplings. Our server, Reinalyn, was exceptional—she took wonderful care of us and truly wanted us to have a great experience. She was one of the highlights of our meal. Since the restaurant is new, it seems they are still working out a few kinks, as they were out of much of the beer selection. I would definitely return.

The food was fantastic! The waitstaff were very friendly and attentive. However, the service at the bar was quite slow.

The restaurant offers a truly authentic Cayman-style brunch experience, complete with laid-back food, drinks, and contemporary music. It's definitely a vibe!

We booked a table, and had to queue at the door with many people who had booked tables as well. They suggested to some that they could offer a buffet menu if they were not able yo wait. They were out of the wine we wanted, even though the wine list was limited. The food was delivered to the table and the server had no idea who had ordered which dish. They cleared plates before everyone had finished eating. We asked for cappuccinos. They had none. We asked for decaffeinated coffee. They had none. The acoustics were poor for conversation, especially sitting next to a table of 8 who were very loud. We did negotiate a 25% discount, as we had to order a more expensive wine.

Good food, service ok. Acoustics make it very noisy.
