Calypso Grill Cayman - George Town

Information from a local (danke, deaddd to taste this place and I'm glad we made it! amazing eating and first-class service. the crab cake flooded with crumbs. so much, we don't know what was used as binding agent. very tasteful and fresh. the service of the seafood paella in the cast iron capability was brilliant and much for both of us. with the quality to burn. this was the only place we have dined twice on the island. the second time they reminded me that I mentioned that we were on the island for the birthday of my wife and they brought the sticky toffee pudding on the house. always. no sweat. the best dessert that I had, downstairs, true story. fabulous cocktail/ bourbon selection. ambiente and decor were true, the old world Caribbean. calypso makes it easier to plan our next trip to grand cayman. kudos to the staff, bartender, waiter and cook.

Beloved Calypso grill! the service was excellent! I promise they will never find a better crab cake on earth. I even couldn't catch a photo of the crab cake bc I couldn't wait to sink my teeth into it!

This is a wow! the island casual feel, with a beautiful sea view makes for a wonderful evening. try the seafood melodie in a cocose base, was amazing. the sticky pudding is simply the best in the Caribbean!

No great smell here. outside smells fishy. beautiful view and a great service. eating was very good. I had the best fish and chips ever and lobster bisque. the sticky toffee pudding was fantastic. highly recommended!

I have been to Calypso Grille maybe 25 times in the last 10 years. It is quite simply the best restaurant on the Island, and wont disappoint. Amazing food and service. Top Notch. Now, it isn't inexpensive but that's how great service and food work. It is famous for sticky toffee pudding, but trust me the ceviche is amazing as well. Love Calypso, deck is great if not rainy. I could eat there every day and be happy.
