Beautiful covered, open air space with even more beautiful service. the food was well prepared, thankfully flaming, fresh tasting and tasty seasoned. a hidden gem in cayman for delicious Italian cuisine. they have the most divine cocosgelat that is milk-free, but does not taste milk free. we ate it before we had a chance to make a picture. P.S avoid this place to cost to all when they are on a diet, but have a weak for delicious brot.

We ate here twice at our latest visit. we received exceptional service from deadd who brought out the cook to discuss our meal when we had a question about the rainbow caroots. eating is simply amazing-lamb hacks with a silky bone mark port wine sauce and the best caesar salad I had ever with the juicy black chicken breast and the lightest yet tasteful caesar dressing with cap. best focaccia bread with a sun-dried tomato butter that I had to get a second portion of brot and this wonderful butter. arnell did a great job in the second night.

Excellent gluten-free pizza, note: cooked in the same of as flour pizza, but of which is cleaned before gluten-free is made.

Delicious Italian cuisine. the staff of the ritz was very accommodating and nice. ravioli was unique and fresh, must get the bruschetta. this is a great sound!

Nothing bad to say about this place. Pleasant all round. Food consistently good. Truffle pizza is ridiculously good.
