I ordered the vegan salado. it was good, but not fantastic, but quite expensive. the waiting staff was very nice and attentive. if they wish a very nice vegan meal in a raised restaurant, this is a good place. If they only look for a good vegan meal, but do not need the elevated atmosphere and price, I would recommend vivo.
Separate vegetarian menu but very little vegan. Got the sweet potato noodle saltado which was a rice noodle a few veggies and I’m sure it contained butter
The new location is at Camana Bay. Couple of vegan options but they were great. The stir fry was amazing. Would go back for sure.
My fish-eating friend and I (vegan at home, vegetarian elsewhere) ate here for lunch. The menu had a wide selection of meat/fish, vegetarian, and vegan dishes and the food was excellent. I would have liked to return for another, more leisurely, meal, but there were too many good choices on the island.
We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at Agua. Service was attentive and we enjoyed the atmosphere and food very much. This was the only more fine dining meal we had on the island. I appreciated that there were vegan options for me to select from. I had a wonderful salad and the vegan paella. The portions were quite generous, so we were able to take part of our meal home (we were staying at a condo w/ a kitchen) and have the rest for lunch the next day. Overall, an excellent dining experience.
