Sankt Peder - Gentofte

This is one of the iconic lunch dinner places in the outskirts of Copenhagen. The Smørrebrød here is outstanding, and so are their evening dishes. Traditional Danish food, beer and snaps. The prices are above medium but not expensive, the ambiance is a mixtures of shipping people getting drunk in the afternoon and the everyday drinkers. Not a place for young kids but bring your teenagers they will love it. I have to recommend the Gamle Ole cheese for anyone who can eat really strong cheese. Take it maybe after the Chicken salad

Well-being is what you get at a visit to Sankt Peder in Hellerup Selected Czech arrows and a classic wienerschnitzel in the form of calf. Wienerschnitzel had the foet what it should have and maybe a little to the dry side. But it was light salted and tasted as it was supposed to be on a marked host house Kartoferne was slightly boring and the same was the sauce The good operation and that we, despite the first no one, were allowed to sit outside anyway.

A great and savoury place that feels on the roll and not confused. the smorrebrods are large portions! and they taste great. it is sturdy, rustic and great. my favorite is the christansö herings. and englekyss (engels kuss), the fried cajau and a little mountain. is of garnelen. they do not leave this place hungry, which is a beautiful place. I was there on Saturday and it was full of people, make sure to book in advance. but I was there too when it was very quiet so it could be both. service great and the personal has a lot of humor. yoy leaves this place very full, with a big smile on the face and maybe, just maybe, a little dizzy from a small gammeldansk.
