Vrijmoed - Gent

Very good. I mean, a lot of different 1 2 star restaurants have done, and this is really in our top three, a little more expensive than the overhammy, but surprising and that taste. ♪

The expectations were highly tense, unfortunately these weren't filled. If you chose the proposal menu, you could choose from 4 to 7. Every extra corridor, 10 bucks came to the total price, which seemed reasonable to me. We went for five courses. The extra intervention shaving ox tail was very, but also very minimal. I'd call this a bite earlier. I personally liked the peeled squid best; The dessert with peter oil was bold. Real flavors, though, weren't there. Too bad. In this class, there's better and cheaper to find.

For us, Saturday night was a culinary night. Everything was right as they say. Very good, enthusiastic, expert service, salty food with h fair products, artistic plates and all of this in a nice frame. Merry wines, too. For us, it was the first time in a star reservation. We even wondered where the two and three stars could be free-filled restaurants. Certainly for reruns. A fat congratulations to the free-courage team.

I completely agree with crystal, limb: The main server of the pre-eating at lunch consisted of a cylinder macreel, with the size of a fingertip 1 inches and the main course of 2nd blocks of beef! I mean, both of them with nice and delicious but also minimal garrisons. Also the same comment as the crystal as the adjusted wines: I drink less wine as a chauffeur than my wife, was poured to her, but the mumble didn't come to my house. So we're definitely not going back for lunch.

I really don't know what could be improved by this restaurant; You get very surprising taste and texture combinations that you've never tasted. Hurginal, bold, excellent service in a warm interior with a professional, cardiac service. My congratulations for the cook and all his team.
