Fire charcoal smoke vinyl music and boil jedi level. amazing restaurant where fires the electronics take over. where the music from the spiding of vinyl recordings and eating lights by simply reaching but umami. served by charismatic people who pour them a natural wee or watch cooks, the synchronized work as team. worth a visit.

A really one of a kind experience. The small kitchen team led by Kobe cooks everything over wood fire. 20+ courses of vegetables, fish and meat. Liberal use of curing and fermentation techniques. Prepare to leave smelling smokey but satisfied. Go before the building is closed for renovations.
