Carte Blanche - Gent

My favorite restaurant if we have to celebrate something. Food in a cozy environment with very friendly staff. I highly recommend this place.

As always enjoyed a culinary meal. Glad we could use the Friday night formula on Thursday afternoon: 55 euros for aperitive, privilege, main dish, dessert and half a bottle of wine per person! All this served in the fine city garden and a very kind service!

Guess. Took the Friday menu and ate very good and sophisticated. Outside the centre, but definitely a hit man. Free parking in the Delhaize parking lot.

I'm sure you'll notice, presentation of food in the plates is taken care of, and yet quality of the menu was more refined. The explanation for the drinks was missing. Restaurant has a lot of potential, but we haven't seen that at all.

Excellent, refined cuisine and very pleasant experience. To be recommended without hesitation.
