Lovely, cosy bar on several levels across the different decks of this boat, moored on the riverside, on the opposite bank not far from St Pieters Abbey. Toasted sandwiches were a bit hard, the beer menu is very very good. The only downside (and hence only 3 stars) is that nowhere did it say they only take cash. We had to pay by bank transfer (which involved a hefty fee from our bank). It happens a lot it seems, as they have all the bank details printed out. A sign at the door, or a quick mention when we placed our initial order, would have saved us money and stress.

I like it so much for a different afternoon and not going to the typical bar of ghent. The prices were so similar to other places and the vibes were pretty nice. I just have to say that the waitress were so slow and do not come to take our order after some calls

Former water faring vessel converted into cool bar, excellent place to have a beer/cocktail especially in the summers. Actually on second thought, the interiors are beautiful so should be a good place in winters as well. If beer is your poison de choix, you will be spoiled here as they literally have 100s. Least but not the last the staff are really friendly and helpful. Ps no payment through cards. Only cash or bank/app transfer.

Terrible service. The waiters intentionally ignore guests and don’t let people finish their order. It seems like they cannot wait to get rid of you. The owner should either invest in education of these so called waiters or hire waiters who know how to do their job.

Nice place but terrible service, we sat and waited for 20 mins even though there were few people inside. Owner should be in the place a bit more so the staff would do their job a bit…
