Roots - Genk

Incredibly bad service. Very frustrated and rude waiter. cocktail wasn't what it was done. Sorry. It was my birthday and waiter was anything but polite.

Be flexible in your choice. We came here for a drink after a restaurant visit. We were on the terrace with thick 20 men, and that was super cozy, a lot of heating so you couldn't get cold while it was pretty fresh. The service was top, spontaneous and thoughtful. Unfortunately, I got the choice in the drink. I wanted to hear a few times that certain ingredients weren't present and I had to choose something else. I finally found something else and that was good. The table was filled with the best cocktails. The one who wanted to order a hoodino had bad luck, too, because the milk was out. I thought it was a little weird, so maybe you'll get milk, I guess. But that was fine. Very cozy. I need you to go through the stairs for toilets.

Cocktails are very good, but service was a little less. No one came to the table himself to the bar for a new drink.

What a gem of a cocktail bar in Genk centrum. The decor is really amazing, you have the feel of being in a very cosmopolitan city nearly anywhere in the world, and yet you step outside and you're back in Genk in Limburg in Belgium. The cocktails are delicious and the staff are friendly and knowledgable. I highly recommend stopping by if you're looking for a special place to take someone or just looking for a city feel in the Belgian outback. ;
