Our son has a sudden enjoyment of fish and sushi so we decided to test this restaurant. I must admit from the outside I don't find the hotel Wilson very attractive but inside the decoration is superb and the terrace by the pol overlooks the...lake and luckily avoids the road noise. Very pleasant welcome from all staff and our 12year old went to watch the chefs prepare the food and they were very patient and kind. We chose one menu of the day and a choice of several dishes to share. Lots of lovely savours and every dish was very tasty. Plenty of fish but also meat and fois gras and extremely well presented. Staff very kind and helpful with recommendations. We were presented with an extra dish from the chef which was excellent with shrimp and spicey sauce. Desserts were also tasty, see the photos below. Wine was good and I even tasted a red wine from Cologny the other side of the lake which was excellent. Very good meal and welcoming atmosphere will ensure we return maybe try the brunch with autumn coming.

From the first site it was a strange place: by the pool of the hotel. But believe me, dishies were unbelievable. Even grilled vegetables with sous, were wonderful. New interpretation of Japanese cuisine, bravo Will be there again ASAP

I have to admit from the outside, I find the hotel wilson not very attractive, but within the decoration is excellent and the terrace overlooks the pole overlooks the lake and unfortunately avoids the street noise. very pleasant greeting from all staff and our 12-year-old went to observe how the cook prepare for eating and they were very patient and friendly. we chose a tag card and to share a selection of several things. many beautiful aromas and every dish was very delicious. many fish, but also meat and fois gras and very well presented. staff very friendly and helpful with recommendations. we were presented with an additional dish from the cook, which was excellent with garnel and spicy sauce. desserts were also delicious, see the photos below. wein was good and I even tasted a red wine from cologny the other side of the lake that was excellent. very good meal and welcoming atmosphere will make sure that we may return to try to get the brunch with autumn.

Wow, I was in many restaurants around the world where they have served a buffet brunch, but this place is certainly a few levels above all I have ever seen, from the amazing selection of food to the incredible service. good the...money for everyone who visit naughty and wish a fantastic brunch experience.
