No This is a supreme example of capitalism and the place not caring a jot about the bad value they serve because the have a captive audience.Anyone else in the world would be embarrassed to go on trading with this kind of feedback. I paid 31.80 swiss franks for absolute rubbish. That is more than in most Michelin starred restaurants.For a main that is.The tiny 25cc bottle of wine was 11.90. Making a full bottle about 40 quid for normal stuff probably worth 3 euros in a hypermarket.The pork daily grill was 20. Awful and a real rip off. Nowhere else to go and the French side we were told did not serve anything which shows how the Swiss have a monopoly and force you to pay in their currency. But the absolute brazen ripping off of everybody on an industrial scale showcases the worst of human behaviour. We love to exploit each other to the gunnels where there is a captive audience and no escape. Awful. take your own sanwiches and drink. RIP OFF one of the worst rip offs I have ever seen and worthy just for that reason. See the other reviews.of this mindbendingly bad place.
Friendly staff, a good range of options and freshly made sandwiches. Not usually a big ham and cheese fan but the Svizzera hot sandwich was very good, great bread. Big fan of the hand cut crisps too. There are charging points available and plenty of seating. A great option for lunch or a snack.
This restaurant is airside in the central 'duty free' section at GVA. I have eaten here on 3-4 occasions. It has been good on all occasions. I recently had lunch here (March 2017) while waiting for my plane home. Lasagne, bread, a 500 ml bottle of coke and a coffee were CHF 30. This is expensive. However, everywhere in Geneva is expensive. This restaurant is self service. The food quality was good. However, this restaurant can get very busy. In addition to being a good food stop, the Autogrill offers free charging points for mobile phones and tablets, which is a welcome addition. I would gladly eat here again.
När vi väntade på nästa flyg tog vi en snabb måltid här. Jag ställde mig vid ölkranarna och väntade men ingen kom. Till **** vinkade de till mig lite nonchalant att det fanns en kö på annat ställe och att jag fick ställa mig där. Lite ouppmärksamhet från mig men även från personalen.
My family were stuck in Geneva as our flight was delayed. This place was open so we thought we would just get a sandwich and drink. How bad can it be? As soon as we got to the counter, they could not be bothered to serve us. There were five of us waiting for five minutes, with no other customers waiting, but the 2 staff behind the counter did not serve us until we asked one of them to come over. We asked if they could warm up the baguette and were told they would not heat the baguette nor serve us hot drinks. The man could not be bothered! We bought two baguettes and some water. Serious mistake, the bread was rock hard, with hardly any cheese or ham inside. It was so hard in the end we did not bother to eat it as it actually made your jaw ache to chew it! It had obviously been sitting on the counter all day it was tough! So expensive 35 Euros for bad food, bad service. Luckily the water was ok. Such a terrible experience. Never again!
