The service is very warm, we are very well received. The dishes are very good, very diverse, with a lot of quality presentation and good products. Only downside, a little expensive for the quantity served.

The food is delicious. However, the owner (a Frenchwoman) asked us ten thousand questions before taking our order. She needed to know where we lived and where we worked. It was very uncomfortable. She finally took our order and as she walked away from our table she said to us: I like Latin Americans because they are poor, but happy. Awful. I regret not leaving straight away. We paid an expensive restaurant to be insulted. Nor does the best food in the world justify internalized/covert racism.

The 5th of this month. I invited close friends for a very special occasion, at the Japanese restaurant Shibata, with great enthusiasm. From my experience in the first years of opening this restaurant. The dishes were not ordinary (not “sushi” said the waitress another time. Indeed Japanese cuisine is refined and well decorated (we don't eat the decoration even if it is very pleasant. It must be said that cooking it is a real passion…! That he keeps his grandmother's family food alive. Even if the quality is present, the quantity does not justify the excessively practical prices for certain dishes, there is a discrepancy between flavor and quantity, for some of these dishes….! Example in photo, of scallop shell! below I was very disappointed and I regretted having suggested this restaurant to my friends, they did not feel at ease and comfortable, eating as I hoped. We were discouraged from asking for the menu, saying that the menu on the menu did not represent her husband's cuisine... so why offer à la carte
