Le Bologne - Genève

I am absolutely disgusted and appalled by the blatant racism and lack of professionalism I experienced at this restaurant. I arrived at 12:30 for the lunch menu, and was told they were fully booked, despite the restaurant being half empty. When I asked if we could sit outside, I was told no service outside. However, when we returned at 13:30, we saw people eating outside and questioned the waiter about it. The true insult came when he eventually relented to sit us. He told us there was no lunch menu available, then handed us the a la carte menu and said, YOU CANNOT JUST ORDER AN ENTREE. This establishment clearly does not value customers of color and their business. The fact that all the one-star reviews are from people of color is not a coincidence. Not to mention the food was mediocre at best, yet he has the audacity. Shocking that Michelin guide lists this place in Bib Gourmand. Will never come back and won’t recommend it to any of my friends.

Wonderful place, with amazing food (the wasabi mousseline is out of this world) and great wine discoveries. Service is very friendly and professional. Ambiance is great, with a nice crowd mix.

An excellent bistronomic! The dishes are very high quality and the prices reasonable given the quality on the plate. The wine list is stocked with local wines and is accessible. Excellent service from Hugo, we never had to ask for anything, everything went very well. I'll be back !

Remarkable lunch both for the content of the plate and the service. We found real cooking work there, we appreciated the selection of products and the flavor combinations. In the list of restaurants “to do again!”
