Dunkin' - Geneva

The team at Dunkin' on Hamilton Street was outstanding this morning. They handled our large order quickly and efficiently. What stood out the most was their extra friendliness. My 13-year-old even noticed and made a positive remark about it. It was a fantastic way to kick off the day. Thank you!

The service is consistently slow, so it's not worth trying the drive-thru, even if you place your order in advance. The food is generally decent.

To the woman who prepared the hash browns at 11:15 and forgot to include them in the bag, I'm not sure what you meant when you said they’re never in the bag, but it came across as quite rude. I think you might want to consider a different job. On a positive note, the food was excellent, and the woman who took my order was wonderful.

The Geneva Dunkin' has gone down hill. If you go there after 5pm they are always out of everything. Why bother being open if you are out of every kind of donut and bagel. They have poor service with only one or two people working most of the time. Also, thepeople who are working look miserable like they would rather be somewhere else. Use to be the best place to go for bagels anddonuts but not anymore.
