My girlfriend and I waited at the door for 15 minutes without any of the workers acknowledging us, as they all just stared. The hostess was not present, but her vape and cigarettes were left on the desk. Finally, the bartender came over and told us someone would be with us shortly, even though we had already been waiting for 15 minutes. After another 5 minutes passed, we were still being stared at by all the servers. I eventually went to the bar and asked the bartender how much longer we needed to wait. She became upset with me for asking and said that if we didn't have a reservation, we would have to wait because they were full. However, there were 5 empty tables at the time. When I pointed this out, she rudely told me to have a good night. This was by far the worst service and the worst bartender I have ever encountered.
