Corner Bakery Cafe - Geneva

The brownies are absolutely delicious, but the staff at the Geneva Commons location could have been more welcoming. It was mid-morning, and the restaurant was quite empty. We weren’t greeted when we entered, and we didn’t receive a thank you for our purchases as we left.

I always have a fantastic dining experience here. The DC Chicken Salad and the pasta dishes are my top picks!

My wife and I both chose the pick 2 option, which came with a panini and a bowl of chicken soup for her, and a broccoli and cheddar soup for me. The panini was quite delicious, but the soups were pretty average. We also took home two mini Bundt cakes, two lemon bars, and some brownie bites. Looking back, we wish we hadn’t ordered so much since most of it was just mediocre.
