Cocoa Bean Fine Desserts - Geneva

This was our second time to order a custom cocoa bean cake and we were delighted with the fantastic design and incredible taste. we will definitely order again.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. we are very demanding in terms of sweetness and pastries (places we like are not less than laduree or la maison du chocolat.) kakao bean is a small jewel in the city of genf, the owner of the terrace and the chef, paul, makes a fantastic job! every single bake we have tried is a joy! kouign amann, mandel croissant, cream brûlée; various baked; they call it all we get is divine! our French colleagues and friends always comment on our (cocoa bean bought) desserts when they come to our place for dinner. we visited today cocoa bean, and the young man who helped us was very nice and friendly, with a lot of attention to small details. overall, always a very nice experience! this is the only pastry shop that we have ever tried baked some other in the opposite and were disappointed, got typical overly sweet things made with moderate ingredients. we will continue to get to cocoa bean and recommend the place for friends and colleagues!

Go and support their terrace since day 1 and have recommended many family and friends. paul, I don't care how busy you are, you don't turn your back off from a customer with an inappropriate gesture in the middle of the discussion, especially if your personal has made a mistake not to fully inform with your “pre-paid” policy! poor service and to finish it. quality is gone! I miss josh johnson and Nancy....they are much better with customer service! never go back and recommend their “bakery” and need to know that there are other bakery near.

One of our favorite places for excellent bakery and coffee to go. the paninis are also amazing and the owner is always welcoming and kind- so grateful that they invite in our beautiful city.
