Buttermilk - Geneva

The restaurant Buttermilk is a trendy, attractive, and well-serviced establishment. We had a delightful brunch and found the food to be quite delicious. On a local rating scale, they are between a good 4.5 to 5, and on a wider scale, they are a solid 4. The host was very kind and attentive. The layout of the restaurant is stylish, with booths near the windows that can accommodate either 4 people or a smaller group of 6. The middle seats are suitable for both small and larger groups. Additionally, they offer a house-made jam that was quite tasty.

The food at this restaurant was amazing! There is plenty of seating available, but it's best to plan ahead because it gets busy on weekends. Our waitress was very helpful and gave us valuable recommendations about the menu and food. The menu is comforting with familiar items, but they put a unique spin on each dish. The Stuffed Breakfast Biscuit was outstanding and large enough to share between two people. The pancakes were also delicious!

I had an amazing experience at this brunch spot! The biscuit was life-changing with the delicious honey butter on top, adding just the right amount of sweetness. The potatoes were outstanding. While this restaurant is on the pricier side, you can save some money by sticking to water and avoiding extras on your meal. I was a bit surprised by the extra charge for adding bell pepper and onion to my omelette, which seemed a bit ridiculous. Our server was very sweet and attentive, taking great care of us. I highly recommend checking this place out!

The Holy Moly skillet is excellent. The steak was well seasoned, the eggs perfectly medium and runny with a healthy bit of avocado all on seasoned potatoes. The biscuit had a honey butter glaze that I wasn't a fan of. The inside had a good flavor though. The buttermilk pancakes taste great and the middle was very fluffy and light. I think they could use a little more butter or oil on the cooking surface to get the outside a little more crisp so it doesn't tear the middle apart. With the large portions, i have plenty for another meal that I'm looking forward to.

Really nice restaurant in downtown Geneva. Food is great (the potatoes are lightly seasoned, which isn't always the case in breakfast restaurants), and the coffee is nice and strong. I had the s'mores blended coffee, and it was amazing. Pancakes, french toast, and eggs were all made to perfection! Eggs made to order, and the chicken skillet I had was just enough. The breaded chicken is topped with their own gravy, and made this very tasty. They do get busy, so gett6on their wait list is recommended
